Sony Vaio Battery warning after Windows 7 upgrade ?

Problem

I upgraded my Sony Vaio to Windows 7 and now get a message :

Caution : Battery is not installed properly or is not compatible with the computer

It forces the computer to hibernate.

Solution

STEP 1. Kill the running ISB manager process

• Start task manager using Alt+Ctrl+Del
• Go to process tab
• Find ISB MGR.exe process and end the process.

STEP 2. Remove the activated background process

• Go to run and type msconfig.
• Go to the startup tab.
• Find the ISB utility and uncheck it.
• Apply and restart your system.
