Q. What are the qualities you are looking in team manager ?
Supporting & helpful, Give challenging job, and provide environment to grow.

Q. What Qualities you want in your team members ?
Responsibility, Commitment, Hardworking and maintain good relationship, active participant, problem-solver

Q. Are you analytical ?
yes,
Example: Before starting any project or module i analyze all the factors of project.
For example in my last project - We first analyzed all positive and negative points, We were already using infragistics, now the problem with infragistics is that it do not support multi browser.
then we analyzed Telerik controls and Dev Express. And then we went for Telerik controls.

Q. If problem on hand do you have alternate plans or lack of options ?
Always have alternate plans.
example: same in last project we studied 3 controls , suppose one fails we could have go for another one.
we had one more alternative to upgrade in infragisticsto 2010 version.

Q. Are you innovative ?
Yes,
Example from past project:
Like in mypast project i got screen having three grid and there was very oldpending bug which was unsolved and people were saying it is notpossible to do. I took the charge and completed that bug with somecustomized solutions.

Q. Are you outperformer ?
Yes, give example from last two days.
In my last project there was a report called M R and we were going into the UAT next day.
One requirement was to go in UAT is rewrite the functionality of M R royalty report. I did overnight job and completed that report by the time . and got the UAT.

Q. Are you out of box thinker or logical thinker ?
out of box thinker,
example : I consider allthe things while taking decisions. Like i analyzed all the available third party tools for UI even infragistics 2010.

Q. if Collision between two parties, how will you solve ?
example : Listen each party , discuss the issue ,if any one is wrong and against the rule let him know.
In last case, involve higher management of project.
Example - I have two subordinates Guru and manu, they had aissue to bug, this bug was coming in manu screen because of guruchanges, so i told guru to restudy their changes and he come to knowhis mistake.

Q. have you motivated anyone last week ?
yes, example
Manu and Guru joined my team 2 months back , manu was very nervous at the timing of joining the team ,because it was crucial project with lot of work , manu was not having that much coding experience. so i given him KT + all crucial point where he could do the mistakes. also i told him whenever he have any problem just come to me while taking care that he should not fully depended on me.

Q. What is your reputation in your company ?
My reputation is good, I am problem solving, hard working, good relationship in team.
Ok, this is not the time for full disclosure. If some people fromyour past are going to say you’re a boring A-hole, you don’t need tobring that up. yes, example : like in last project we had to deliver a functionality to the client i took the initiative to change the functionality, because client was so important and after UAT we were going to get more business. So we took the risk and done it.

I will not bother , just concentrate on my work.

Q. what you will do if lot of noise at work place ?
Focus on work.

Focus on work

if its not a big problem just avoid it, talk to him , clear the points otherwise will include higher management.

talk to my colleagues, discuss , I will try to improve my reputation.

yes, give a direction last example delivering the report on high priority

each day is new. need to do good work each day.

yes, why

Check you mails , answer the mails , plan the tasks forthe day, check with subordinates, Complete your work, explore new technologies, check the pending works

Yes
example: I treat fresher or new joiner different from experience colleague on the project.
