How to share a Drive with other PC on a network ?

Sharing a drive on network 

First you need to start the following two services : 
Control Panel ---> Administrative Tools ---> Services
    1. Computer Browser
    2. Server
then start both the services.

After that go to your hard-drive and right click on the folder which you want to share.

Under Sharing tab, provide permissions to everyone and click apply 
Then from other system, type \\ipaddress in run and you will be able to access that drive.
