CyclicBarrier vs. CountDownLatch

SIMILARITY

• Both waits for number of threads on one or more events

DIFFERENCE

• We cannot re-use CountDownLatch once count reaches to zero 
• You can reuse same CyclicBarrier even after barrier is broken
